We highly recommend dining at Hotel Fouchere. The Delmonico Room is elegantly decorated with white table service in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentative. We began with a glass of a French Sauvignon Blanc which was delicious and just right with the warm assorted breads and flavored butters. Then we ordered the wonderful, tasty butternut squash soup, a crisp wedge salad, and the evening special a NY strip steak cooked to perfection with a peppercorn sauce topping and purée potatoes. Everything was well presented, prepared and delicious. Compliments to the Chef. We were very pleased with our dining experience and will definitely make reservations again.
