Directly opposite the Dortmunder U, we have been serving modern Alpine cuisine since 2017, with a strong focus on product quality and craftsmanship.We make everything ourselves, including stocks, sauces, bread, and ice cream, and we guarantee that we do not use any flavor enhancers. A wonderful find at the Hyatt regency. Glorious view as the sun set, staff were attentive and very helpful with recommendations and explaining particular things on the menu. Food was amazing and should we return to cologne, we wouldn't hesitate to visit again

We had a great dinner. The crew is very hospitable and provides a good service. The restaurant has more than enough space for all guests, so you don't have to bother with the converstations of adjacent tables. Don't expect a homely athmosphere, but airy and spacious.

A wonderful evening. The opener was a lentil dip with two kinds of excellent bread. I had the risotto with sea bream: a great choice. So was dessert; an original crème brûlée based on red fruit. Service was impeccable and extremely friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
