An absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end. We visit many beautiful and high-end restaurants, but Fort George was truly something else. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. A special thank you to Ms. Dora, who welcomed us at the entrance and personally escorted us to our table. The setting was already breathtaking, with an incredible view over the sea and the sunset, but her warm and professional welcome made the experience even more special. And then there was Artan, our waiter, whose service was simply outstanding. He was extremely polite, attentive and professional, with exactly the kind of effortless service you would expect from the very finest restaurants. He was always there when we needed him, often before we even had to ask for anything, while never being intrusive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and clearly made with great care. Combined with the breathtaking location and wonderful atmosphere, it made for a truly memorable evening. What really stood out to us, though, was how much the entire team seems to care about every guest. They take their time, pay attention to the little details and genuinely want you to have the best possible experience. There is a warmth and personal touch to the service that you don’t often find, even in the most luxurious places. We will definitely be back on Vis, and Fort George will without a doubt be one of our stops again. Thank you especially to Ms. Dora and Artan for making our evening so special.
