Great place, excellent food, especially the mushroom pizza.

We visited Moeca for the first time to celebrate a birthday and our experience was beyond our expectations. Firstly, our waitress was incredible and explained the menu portion sizes immediately (we were going to ask!). She was also very knowledgeable about the wine list and allowed me to try before committing to each glass. Now the food, what an expansive menu. I definitely appreciated the smaller bites at the top (they were larger than expected!) and the pasta dishes in the middle - the dish with the chanterelles was divine. The mains were a step up and I never thought i'd be into swordfish schnitzel but they really got it right! There was a Viennese level of chives and the mustard sauce really had me thinking I was eating authentic schnitzel. Overall, the staff and food were a delight and we would come back again.

Love the gluten free menu. They have GF items I can’t normally get when I go out. I like there is lots of space on the bar area, as well, with casual atmosphere.

Being gluten free due to celiac, the many gluten free options caught my attention. Not only were the dishes appealing visually, they were also delicious. Both my husband and I had the swordfish grilled and it was moist and very tasty. Every dish was presented well and it was obvious that great care was taken to keep the allergy front and center. Thank you.
