We are so glad to have been bumped to this dining establishment also located in the Apex Waterloo place hotel. Make this your first choice for fine dining in Edinburgh. I happen to love fresh mussels cooked in a cream, butter, garlic sauce. I asked about the portions as I’ve been dissatisfied with both the quantity and quality of the dish in previous restaurants. Our server was a Ukrainian girl. She described the dish in detail. Upon arrival it was everything as described. Approximately 80 mussels in total.
