The experience is first class from the reception to the end of the journey. The innovation in the flavour pallet is extraordinary and the service very attentive to your every need. One note of caution, they say the 5 service is 85$ but for each service only one item is included, all others have an extra (from +4$ to +10$). So you rarely get to actually pay 85$ for 5 service.

Delicious and inventive menu, very professional, attentive, and warm service, and lovely ambiance (low but good lighting, low noise level). Only two suggestions: the pace was a bit slow (nearly three hours for dinner) and the seats at the bar have no real back support, so sitting for nearly three hours was not as comfortable as it should be. Otherwise, a stellar experience.
