Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Lyman

We had a lovely dinner here for my birthday. The food was great. I had the braised short ribs and my husband had the filet. We also tried the she-crab soup (so delicious) and the whipped ricotta etc with bread. They even served us a flourless cake on the house for my birthday. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Will definitely go back.

First off, the setting is beautiful both inside and outside of the restaurant. Second, the service was outstanding, especially from our server, Niles. He really took the time to explain the menu and the preparation that goes into each dish. He also spoke about the Chef.

We went for the early dinner, prix fixed 3 course. The overall dinner exceeded our expectations. We started off with a salad choice, I did the beet salad and the wife a burrata pear squash, entrees were pumpkin ravioli and ground elk, bison beef pasta with manzano tomato sauce, finished with apple cobbler and pecan pie. The drinks were also on point, a couple of old fashion whiskey's. Waiter was attentive, place filled quickly after the 4:30 opening. Nice ambiance and not too noisy. Next time in this area we will return.

Our server was amazing! The dacor was beautiful, the food was great, sit upstairs, for a wonderful view!
