Great experience, as always. Our server, Nick(?), was friendly & helpful, but not intrusive. Nick answered our questions when we noticed certain “go-to” items were no longer on the menu (ie: roasted Brussels sprouts). Nick explained the new menu offerings, and my husband & I both tried new items. He had the Roasted Beet Salad & I the Avocado Stack. We shared the crab cakes, as usual. Everything was delicious & we were very pleased. We consistently visit Vivante for a nice date night, or for dinner before a concert at the Tarkington or the Palladium. Overall, great experience, as usual. Thank you.

As always, Chef Steven Oakley and his incredible team brought their considerable gifts to our table and our evening. The creative, seasonal, and local menu delighted the four of us and the chef's skill at bringing the perfect level of flavor to every dish is beyond. My hubby and our friends started with the Maryland crab cake deviled eggs while I opted for my every time must have, a shrimp corn dog, all great. The taller half and I moved on with the fall greens and the Italian chopped salad, both of which were sublime. We followed our salads with the short rib manhattan and the wild mushroom "paella," perfect entrees for a fall evening. And all of this lovely food was recommended, described, and served by the unpretentious, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The bonus was an evening of great conversation and laughter with dear friends.

We were thrilled to find this little Bistro. We came for lunch. The food exceeded our expectations by a considerable measure. We both had the mix salad and one could actually make a meal out of the salad alone. Very fresh greens and a lovely light dressing. My husband had the beef bourguignon and he declared it delicious, if slightly light on beef. I had the Croque Monsieur and we both thought it was outstanding. 10/10. The french fries that were served with it were also fantastic - deeply crunchy and clearly freshly made. Nice ambiance and good service. We will definitely be back.
