Everything about this was a 5 star experience. Frenchie's is in a very cool location at The Cannery. We got there early so no problem getting a table. Our meals were outstanding. I highly recommend the cod special with chimichurri if it's available. I'm not a beer drinker so the wine list is a plus.

We had dinner at Chez Crix last Friday night. The food was great, and the service, while hardly polished, was friendly with a real desire to please. There was a small issue in the kitchen, with our main courses delayed. It was of no concern to us, but the Manager was incredibly apologetic, and "comp"d" our drinks without telling us! Probably not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place for a romantic chat, but I would happily revist....in fact I am sure I will!

Montes is an ideal venue for corporate, social, or family dinning. The food is innovative and the portion control is generous. Perhaps larger wine glasses for red wines is offered for consideration.

We had their $68pp set menu, and everything was delicious! Great value for money. My absolute favourite is still their crème brûlée — just as amazing as I remember from a few years ago. Easily one of the best in Sydney!

Fabulous French bistro/wine bar atmosphere amongst the atmospheric Kensington street vibe. The wine menu from Burgundy is great along with the food menu. The service was excellent.
