Absolutely amazing. Nothing short of fantastic. The concept is unique and perfectly executed. Somehow, and I don’t know how, these culinary wizards put together eight courses, which would, by themselves, be dessert, and made an incredible meal. Spanning tart, umami, bitter and sweet. I left with my pallet thoroughly satisfied. Chef interaction with guests takes a great meal to transcendence. Well worth the price of admission.
