I was born and raised in New Orleans and can confidently say that I’ve never encountered dishes like what I had here. You HAVE to try to the seafood jambalaya and Ti Punch. And if you love a dessert that’s the perfect balance of sweet and buttery, check out the Amour-Cache. I will be thinking about the Guava Jam until my next visit.
