Table for 8. Excellent food, service. Fillet steak was tender, cooked perfectly. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Would recommend

Superb welcome beautiful surroundings inside and out. We opted for the curry carvery and everything tasted amazing will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends 🧡

We always enjoy visiting The Plough. The atmosphere is always buzzy and friendly. The food is great, especially since the new chef has been introducing’Specials’ each week, over and above the already great standard menu. We are always impressed with the service at The Plough. It is obvious that all the staff are well trained in offering efficient, attentive, friendly service. Last night, (25 Sept), was extremely busy, so special mentions for both Ed and Johnnie who were coping extremely well with the level of customers whilst being so cheerful and friendly. Thanks both!

The staff made our experience. We visited on a Sunday afternoon/ evening and I think we were the only people inside the restaurant so there wasn’t any atmosphere, but the staff and the food definitely made up for that. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking about booking one of the private rooms for a baby shower
