Some of the best vegetarian food we've eaten. Very creative tapas, visually stunning with fantastic flavours...the chips with Mornay sauce were exceptional, and the salted caramel truffles were very good indeed (so good that we bought a box to take away). Also the service from Tom really made the meal special...he is an absolute natural at front of house, made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in the door and was warm, humorous and attentive throughout, with a good knowledge to guide us through the menu. Absolutely no doubt that we'll be back to eat at Terre à Terre next time we're in Brighton.
