A neighborhood gem, Novy is. always a safe bet. The prices have gone up and the portions have got smaller but that's the same everywhere in 2026. The spanakopita is a yummy starter as well as the grilled Halloumi, although it is quite salty. We ordered the Moussaka and Lamb gyro which are always a good bet. The service was great, PJ and Ellen are terrific, and the outdoor seating is a nice option even when it's cold because of the overhead heaters.

Food was excellent and service was attentive. Gave good recommendations for what to order. Pace of the food service was great in that the time between dishes was very attentive. Loved everything about the food. Be prepared for big portions and will love everything from the ambience of the place to watching the different dishes and drinks sail pass through the restaurant. Will definitely dine here again soon, it’s a neighborhood gem food restaurant, would highly recommend to friends and family.

Local Greek restaurant in San Leandro. Food presentation is excellent. Second time to restaurant and not disappointed. Food is delicious and portions are just right. Love their lamb chops and Brussel sprouts. Rice is not my favorite dish and theirs was so flavorful. Quiet ambiance and servers are very attentive. Last night we received a complimentary dessert. I will be going back with friends to celebrate birthdays! Give it a try!

I really enjoy Greek food (my pronunciation leaves a lot to be desired however). We started with Saganaki (flat-ironed grilled cheese), Milo’s salata, Kokinisto me Manestra, and lamb souvlaki with a La Linda Malbec. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun; we enjoyed our last meal in San Francisco immensely. Absolutly the best Greek food since e we were in Athens!
