Best International Restaurants in Tranent

Great find for food and drinks before heading to see a show at the Playhouse. The staff and service were brilliant, they really couldn’t do enough for you. Menu choice was excellent and the food was piping hot and really really tasty. The cocktails are great too. We will return. Thank you!

Had dinner here as part of an itison deal which included an overnight stay, spa access and £45pp dinner allowance. The food was delicious. We started with sourdough which was served warm with a lovely butter 👌 Our mains were the Summer Squash risotto which my friend thoroughly enjoyed. The portion was huge, she didn’t manage it all. I had the Roasted Guinea Fowl breast which was ridiculously tasty. It came with hispi cabbage and potatoes which were both seasoned really well. We also shared a side of broccoli. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had breakfast the following day which was good; lots of choice and all bases covered from fruits, yogurts, mini pastries, cereals to a range of cheeses, meats and salad bar. There was a hot buffet but you could also order from the menu for additional charge for some items. We’d definitely eat here again.
