A good variety of really nice food. Great value at only $39 a head. Always a perfect way to start the afternoon before a matinee performance at QPAC. We have done it many times over many years and have never been disappointed.

Excellent food and experience. All dishes were exceptional and the stories behind the ingredients complimented with the chef's experience made lunch very extremely enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Loved that the team were able to accommodate our 6m old in a pram considering that the walkway is already quite narrow. Nothing was too much trouble.

Restaurant ambience was good, wasn't alot of customers so privacy was good. Ordered Chef's Choice for 4 people, selection of entree, mains and dessert were really nice, great flavours and adequate portions for each. Overall food was very good, setting and service very good, well worth the money. Good selections of wines.

We’d highly recommend a visit to Venner. Very carefully curated with a fusion of flavours. Particularly enjoyed the smoked fish, the nettle sorbet, and the dessert. The brioche with homemade butter was also impossible to resist. Well done, all the creators behind this meal. The service, too, was impeccable. We’ll be back.

Best authentic restaurant venue in Brisbane. Easily the best maître de in Queensland. Staff are similarly far above the average. No Brisbane comparison comes near the Stranger’s Diningroom’s food.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Lyrebird never disappoints. Exceptional food and wonderful service every time. The staff are warm, attentive and professional, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. It has become one of our favourite places to dine before seeing a performance at QPAC — the perfect way to start a special night out. Highly recommend!
