Lamb shank was juicy and tender, as it should, combined with the gravy mash, with fresh al dente vegetables. What a winner! Previous meal of duck confit was beautifully cooked, with mouth watering crispy skin. My favourite entree was baked potato with chorizo in an infused oil served in a hot iron pan, very unique. Excellent choice of dishes and a local wine list to complement the food. I would also try the local range of teas available.
