We came to Chart House Boston yesterday for a lunch date and had an absolutely incredible experience. The food and service were both completely phenomenal! We were seated on the second floor right next to the historic safe, which was such a cool, unique backdrop—it is not every day you get to enjoy a fantastic meal right next to a piece of American history. Everything from the ambiance to the hospitality made our date special. We will definitely be back!

Abbie was an outstanding server. The whole experience was excellent, but Abbie’s service was a cut above and stands out. She was able to juggle managing several tables but always able to give us undivided attention when she stopped to check on us. She’s is an excellent server and should be rewarded for her excellence.

First visit but won't be the last! Went for son's birthday. Our server was fantastic, attentive & friendly but not at all intrusive. Delicious lemon drop martini, garlic cheese bread, rolls, chicken milanese.....son enjoyed his filet mignon. Hubby had the steak caprese which was good but not great. It's an old-school steakhouse, so the ambience reflects (dark wood, dim lighting). Older crowd when we first arrived, but got younger as the meal went on. Nice without feeling like you needed to be dressed up. Lovely evening.
