NY Prime Steakhouse is a 10 out of 10! Primarily because of the awesome service. Our servers were kind, knowledgeable, attentive and so helpful! They exceeded our expectations, gave great recommendations and ensure we had everything we needed for my husband’s birthday dinner! The food was also good and fresh. The butter cake was oh so good! We will def be back. It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special occasion! Valet was complimentary and parking garage was also free.

Wonderful experience, as always. Our server Alex was attentive and knowledgeable. We celebrate our birthdays together every year and continue to choose Kaiser’s Chophouse as our restaurant. The food is always superb, and the servers are friendly and work well as a team. It is clear the customer and a consistent experience is important to everyone. I look forward to returning next year for the same celebration!!

We had an outstanding dinner celebrating our 41st anniversary. We had not been here for a few years and we were thrilled to see a lot of patrons on a Monday night and have absolutely outstanding food. We will definitely return and bring our friends next time .
