Everything was amazing! Let's start with the beautiful decor and gentle but upbeat pianist upon arrival. Unlike old oak paneled stuffy steakhouses, the room was vibrant but still cozy. The high back nook was perfect for enjoying dinner while taking in a little people watching. NOW FOR THE FOOD! Antonio attentively brought delightful course after course. We added raw oysters to the Miami Spice menu and a little splurge on the higher end option. The oysters were fresh and briny with a clean finish. Right on time Antonio was back with our filet mignon and lobster tail with fluffy mash potatoes and crisp asparagus. I was too full to enjoy dessert there but, what is better than a chocolate malt cake before bed?
I use reviews to recognize great food and service. Truluck's exceeded my expectations and I am ready to go back. Phenomenal service- on time, not over bearing, and personable. And yes the food was worth writing home about!
