We had an amazing experience at Hacienda del Sol last night, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Alexander.
From the moment we arrived, Alexander went above and beyond to make our evening special. We had flowers and a card waiting for us at the table, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy our conversation and never once made us feel rushed.
Alexander was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, professional, attentive, and demonstrated excellent etiquette throughout the entire evening. He was able to answer our questions, make recommendations, and provide the kind of attentive service that you don’t experience everywhere.
What stood out the most was the level of customer service he provided. He genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience and exceeded our expectations in every way.
Alexander is an excellent representative of Hacienda del Sol, and his service truly helped make our evening memorable. We greatly appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend asking for Alexander if you visit. He deserves to be recognized for the exceptional service he provides!
