Best Seafood Restaurants in Market Deeping

Beautifully cooked fish as usual. Definitely the place to eat if you love good seafood. My husband’s pork was excellent too. The white horse also has a choice of vegan meals including a choice of three desserts, amazing.

Absolutely superb roast beef dinner . Thank you . All 6 of us were blown away

We were looking for a new gastro pub for a Saturday afternoon lunch. I asked AI, and it recommended The Crown and Mitre. It has a great riverside location, and easy parking nearby. I would describe my experience there as a total surprise. Its nautical themed interior is the real deal. When I saw the wonky gang plank stairs, I was a little worried as I wasn’t sure my knees would allow me to climb them. But our server very kindly took my glass of wine for me, and I ascended surprisingly easily. Our server also deserves a mention. She was very helpful, suggested a dish to us, and was very sweet. She helped us to come away feeling very positive about our experience. The food was very good as well served hot, and without a long wait. It was just right. So, all in all I would highly recommend this pub!

The seafood boil and tapas were delicious. Service was excellent with friendly and professional staff.

Second visit and was as good as the first! food is 10/10 as is the service - highly recommend
