We sat at the bar and got amazing service from Jana, who was incredible to watch as she flawlessly mixed dozens of cocktails for the room while keeping us perfectly looked after. They have an amazing array of negronis on the menu. We only wish we had noticed their "taste the rainbow" option earlier so we could have tried them all—definitely doing that next time! The food completely blew us away, too. We started with the "Shucker's Selection" variety of oysters on the half shell, which were incredibly fresh and expertly shucked. The seafood dumplings in that rich, slightly spicy gochujang cream sauce—absolutely flawless flavor profile, a must-order. We also loved the eggplant sticks, which were perfectly crispy and paired beautifully with the dipping sauce. They gave us a little extra bread to soak up the extra sauce.
