We had dinner on the upstairs, outdoor patio. It was a perfect evening. Fantastic ambience, friendly and professional staff, and the food and wine were exceptional. Best Arancini in town, as well as the Eggplant Parmesan, a family recipe from Puglia. Love this place.

i had the bolongnese with their original pasta . So good. My two other firends had lazangas and loved it. Our server was fIriendly and did a great job. The best Italian food anywhere in greater cincinnati. I highly recomend Carusos as the best Italian restautrant in Greater Cincinnati.

When we walked in for our 6PM reservation on the evening of the 50th anniversary of the WEBN fireworks it was as busy as we expected it to be. The hostess on duty, Kim, was doing an excellent job of controlling the chaos. With little assistance due to what appeared to be some short staffing at that position, she managed the workload with a smile and reassurance to us that we would be seated promptly, and we were. Our server, Lia, was wonderful throughout. She was helpful with our wine selection, which for us is always a very good thing. Her knowledge of the menu was excellent and regularly checked with us to see if we needed anything and kept us informed of any delays with the kitchen. And honestly, considering how busy it was there and again possibly some staffing issues here and there, the delays were minimal and well handled. The food was great from the hot bread through the dessert! The kitchen was doing a great job keeping it up, and any delays seemed to be due to a lock of dedicated runners to get food expedited to tables although our food was delivered to the table piping hot and fresh! Thank you all for a great dining experience in the madness!
