Best Southwest American Restaurants in Castroville

The atmosphere was nice. It was not crowded during our visit, and our server was attentive. We ordered the Pitmaster Queso with brisket and the Social Burger -- both were great. We would definitely return here on a future visit.

Our experience at Domingo started off great, thanks in large part to Natalia at the host stand. She was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure our experience got off on the right foot. The location is prime, right along the River Walk, with fantastic people-watching and a great atmosphere. The chips and salsa were decent, and the drinks were good, but the pollo asado was absolutely the star of the show. It’s one of those dishes that makes you want to come back just for another plate. Honestly, I’d eat it again tomorrow if I could! Overall, Domingo is a great spot on the River Walk. Between the location, atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and standout food, it’s an excellent choice for a dinner out with coworkers or a business dinner in San Antonio. I’d happily come back!

Had a great time sipping on our cocktails enjoying a tasty appetizer. View was phenomenal.

Monica was a lovely and very helpful waitress. All of her recommendations were top notch. The food was delicious and the service was perfect.
