We went with the Omakase and wine pairing—do not skip this. The scallops and the lamb were incredible, and the rich dessert was indulgent in the best way possible. The service stood out because it was well-spaced; we never felt rushed, and the staff read the room perfectly, letting us take our time to enjoy the experience. It’s rare to find a place this good open on a Sunday, but they are! This was easily the best meal we had during our time in Seattle. From the moment you walk in, the hostess makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Florence was an exceptional server—attentive, professional, and warm. Claudia prepared the beef tartare and took the time to explain every detail of the dish, which was a wonderful touch. Allyson, the manager, also stopped by personally to ensure everything was perfect. A truly refined dining experience with exceptional hospitality.
