- JJamesTahoe / Reno Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt’s been awhile since our last visit but it was as good as always. My wife and I always start with the clams w/garlic bread which are perfection. I have a hard time resisting the French onion soup so, of course, I didn’t. It was delicious. For her main course my wife had the bacon wrapped filet and shrimp scampi. The filet and shrimp were seasoned well and the garlic mashed potatoes paired well. I ordered the seared divers scallops which came atop a bed of crab risotto. The risotto was good and the scallops were divine. They did not skimp on the serving of either one. Needless to say, we enjoyed ourselves. Throw in the view of Lake Tahoe and you have the perfect date night.More infoRiva Grill$$$$• Contemporary American• South Shore•4.3
