We went to Mt Fuji with a party of 7 to celebrate a birthday. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed it. Six of us ordered the hibachi and one ordered sushi. Everyone was pleased. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Even the two in our party who were in their pre-teens enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended and will definitely go again.

Varied menu. All options that I tried and my dinner partner had, I have been twice, were exceptional. The menu is also long and includes vegan options, so there are opportunities to come back and try something else. The service was quick and polite. Felt like we were well taken care of. Recommend without reservation!

Our experience is always amazing! We have a great server last night, a very tall gentleman with a nose ring. I apologize I don’t remember his name but he was awesome. The chutoro is the best in the city, and the Black Sea bream is unbelievable as well. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful birthday! We love the bento boxes here and we enjoyed shrimp bento box and my favorite crème brûlée cheesecake! … we tried some new skewers that were pretty good!!! we love this place, thank you so much to our server Asomi, and the beautiful girls up front who welcomed us, Lena and Chloe … five stars!

Wonderful experience as always. They do it all well: selection, service, great bar, comfortable attractive dining rooms, and most of all first rate sushi and steaks. A a lot of interesting and delicious presentations, especially, the miso black cod, sautéed mushrooms, specialty rolls. I can't figure out why they aren't perpetually packed. My sushi-savvy guests are always very impressed.

Bleu Sushi was a wonderful overall experience. It is a great after work restaurant to unwind and have amazing food. Our server Jonah was fantastic and personably. Jonah went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service and built a great rapport with us. Myself and my friends will definitely be back to Bleu Sushi!!!!
