Wonderful. Small, friendly bistro with excellent food, wine, and vibes. Everything about Cafe Sauvage is top-notch without being in the least pretentious. Down-to-earth and knowledgable service; very well curated wine list of wines by the glass; expertly prepared food with small and smart touches: for example, you ask for bread and get a plate of delicious, grilled loaf. Our food was excellent: steak frites with a bavette steak served rare (as requested!) and delicious cavatelli served with braised short ribs. Looking forward to returningQ
