We loved the whole experience at Trius! The food presentation was lovely and the taste was equally wonderful! The service was outstanding including the young people who provided descriptions of the items as they came out of the kitchen. We will definitely come again!

The barbeque was quite tasty. The combo meal was good value. Our server was fantastic since it’s an outdoor venue. He moved us and turned down the heat lamps last night. Overall, a very nice night.

Great experience. Burrata and tomato was so good. The tomatoes were unbelievable and loved how the chef had the two types playing off each other and the burrata tasted like it just landed from Puglia. Lobster bucatini - wow. Perfection. The herbs chef added just took the whole dish to another level. Peas, garlic gremolata with lobster pieces and that butter sauce was really complex and elevated. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Braised short rib with the fried onion ring and the caramelized cippolini was a nice contrast and worked well with the red wine glaze. The short rib was really flavourful...fell off the bone. Hassle back potato and leek was maybe the star. What an incredible dish. Just the perfect marriage of flavours, (However it was called a salad on the menu which was confusing because it’s more of a side or an app). Just a really gorgeous dish. Overall...highly recommended. This place will be a must for any trip to NOL.

We had an excellent experience prior to the show at the PAC Friday evening. Had the best table beside the window, which was open to the outer street. Wonderful cocktails/wine, whipped ricotta, and charcuterie board. Had a dietary restriction which was accommodated with ease. Excellent server - attentive, but created a relaxing vibe for the experience. Looking forward to returning again - thank you!

    This was our first time dining at the restaurant, every part of our experience was exceptional. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable, we did the chefs five course , and we chose to keep the meal a surprise. Every single one of the five courses was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was beautiful the wine was delightful, and the staff were incredible. We will definitely be coming back.
