Best Brunch Restaurants in Kalamazoo

Great dinning experience! Excellent atmosphere, food & service! Definitely recommend & will certainly return!!

This is a truly outstanding restaurant, whether you're a hotel guest or not. Lots of cozy seating toward the rear, as well as a good variety of other seating choices for any size party. Can be somewhat loud toward the front (more seating, exposed brick, closer to the bar). Solid menu choices, including vegetarian; well-seasoned dishes (the lamb ragu was super); and a thoughtful wine and cocktail list. Most notable, the service was the best I've had in years at any restaurant. The staff at both the front of the house and in the kitchen really know how to deliver a memorable meal as a knowledgeable, well-trained team. We were celebrating a birthday, and the birthday person received a special menu signed by all the staff. Our server asked just the right questions to tailor our food choices. The GM stopped by at the end to talk with us to be sure we were happy. The only negative, if you could call it that, was that the dishes labeled "sides" were a lot bigger than we expected. They were more like meals of their own, rather than accompaniments to an entree. A truly wonderful restaurant.

My husband and I participated in the inaugural Omelette Class. It was phenomenal. Brandon Mendoza led us though each step from heating up the pan to sliding the omelette onto the plate. He made it fun and engaging. Mimosas and breakfast buffet were included. We enjoyed the experience.
