Met my friend for dinner. She had the short rib entree and I had the salmon. Both were delicious and had good portion size. Our server was attentive but let us linger to chat without rushing us so he got a great tip!

An experience in UNREASONABLE HOSPITALITY. While my cocktail request was out of the ordinary, and the HHI team swamped with swarms of hungry and thirsty customers, I made a request for a seasonal specialty: the “Smashing Pumpkin.” General Manager, Junior, jumped at the request and made it happen. It’s an example of what it takes to exceed any expectation a customer may have. These A-Team X-Men do what it takes. And with the utmost of precision. Total slam-dunk.

Fantastic! First of all, so easy to come right off the train and meet there. We were seated at a lovely table in the front area and it seemed like there are tables for bigger groups in the back. We had a salumeria plate and fried zucchini flowers to start and then shared two pastas one of which was the special and everything was delicious. I should’ve been too full for dessert, but we decided to share cannoli and that was a great choice.

PopoJito is a great choice for Mexican food in Southern Westchester. They have some standard offerings and some that are a little more creative, and that are also very good (such as bowls). The service was friendly and efficient. It was on the loud side for my taste/ears, but that aside, we had a very good meal and really enjoyed our evening. Everything was fresh and well made. The mole sauce was terrific. Spicy and interesting. I'm ready to go back.
