Booked a staycation at The Conrad for my 40th birthday. Ended up at Vitolo unplanned since it was in the lobby and convenient.. what a surprise! It was a busy night but we were sat within 5 minutes. Our server was very sweet and personable. We ordered the 3 specials, The Ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus, the Cacio de pepe and the Snapper special as well. We also shared a Cesar salad. The Cesar salad came quickly… the food did take a bit however they brought their signature meatballs while we waited in boy oh boy I am glad they did. They melted in your mouth and we’re absolutely divine. Once all the other food came, it was beyond delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly perfect temperature. everything was absolutely delicious. They gifted me a nice chocolate cake for my 40th birthday. The whole experience ended up being wonderful.

Great restaurant! Good ambiance, the goat cheese appetizer and sushi was fantastic, and it wasn’t expensive. Right on the Ft. Lauderdale strip. We hit the Nube’ rooftop bar afterwards(same building) and took a golf cart taxi to other locations. This restaurant did not disappoint.
