Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Froxfield

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Cat and Custard Pot on Sunday. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The pub was cosy and we sat at a lovely table close to a log burner. The food was excellent, the best Sunday roast that we have had in a long while - the meat was delicious, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous . We shared a blackberry and apple crumble which was also excellent. Thank you…..we look forward to our next visit.

A lovely pub/restaurant, very good service, menu plenty of choice. Only negative was the first course of trout which was very small, no more than three mouthfuls and a bit dry. The chateubriand for two was perfecly cooked and delightully rare while the broccoli was pleasantly crunchy. Could have done with a choice of chips to accompany rather than potato galette but othersie excellent and good value for money. A regular visitor.

Super Sunday night roast dinner! Food was excellent and service was exceptional. Would recommend!

We booked last minute for a Sunday roast at 4.00pm, our table was ready in a lovely tucked away position and the food was as fresh as if we'd had a lunchtime roast, perfect!

Had a lovely date. with great food and service. Very personal service and great ambiance, really nice Bistro vibe!
