- BBrettGoldNew York State •169 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a fantastic meal. All of our entrées were perfectly prepared, fresh, hot and nicely seasoned. The different sauces were outstanding - especially the parmesan cream sauce with peas. So rich and creamy. Vanessa provided excellent service. Another outstanding experience at Nove - my favorite stop in the Saratoga Area - one of the best kept secrets.More infoNové Italian Restaurant$$$$• Italian• Saratoga Springs•4.7
