We have been to Vaca many times over the years. My husband is Spanish/American and loves enjoying the dishes that his mother and grandmother used to make for him. We love everything on the menu but always wondered why Tortilla Espanola was not offered and asked the manager if it were possible to add this tapa to the menu. Well, we dined at Vaca this past Saturday and much to our delight, Tortilla was offered as a special. The manager (Donnie) noticed our name on the reservation list and made sure that it was available to us! You can't beat that for excellent customer service !!! Thank you to everyone at Vaca for a wonderful evening ! BTW, everything on the menu is FANTASTIC !!
