Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Parkland

Had dinner last night in the lounge. Perfect ambiance, felt like I was transported back in time to an upscale hotel bar. Food was exquisite - salmon and chicken stir fry. The chicken dumpling appetizer was excellent. We had the Golden Saigon for dessert and enjoyed it - a unique pairing of flavors. We'll be back and try the main dining room or when it gets cooler the outside veranda. But we will self-park, as the "complimentary" valet parking is not complimentary, even with restaurant validation. Everything else is A+.

Our server, Destiny, was incredibly thoughtful and well versed on the menu items and wines, so her suggestions were spot on. In the Tasting Room area, manager Chris and server CJ turned my birthday celebration into a truly memorable occasion with their excellent customer service. There’s a reason we’re Wine Club members, and it’s not just because of the excellent wines!

My wife and I were VERY impressed with everything at Eddie V's on our last few visits!! Ryan (the GM) is absolutely incredible. He is very warm and welcoming and always available to assist as needed. Darian (the waiter) is very personable and professional and also does everything possible to ensure an enjoyable dinner. Last, but definitely not least, is the food. The caesar salad is the best I have had since The Boca Resort changed its recipe 10+ years ago. The filet and salmon were both incredible and prepared perfectly, as were all of the side dishes (mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin and asparagus) and desserts (banana foster, creme brulee and chocolate lava cake)! If you're looking for a wine recommendation, Ryan was very knowledgeable and recommended an amazing 2018 Ramey Claret!! All to say, thank you for an amazing evening...we look forward to being back again soon!

I have been eating at Capital Grill for years & have never had a bad meal. Their food & waiter service has always been top drawer. If you want an upscale place to eat - Capital Grill is the place.
