Had the pork chops, these two large thick cuts are the best around. My wife had the special and didn't disappoint. Let me also plug their pizzas, Nana Rosie... hands down our favorite. My wife and I have always heard great things about it, so we decided to give it a try for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were definitely not disappointed. The restaurant has a great vibe and the ambiance was excellent. We were early enough to have a great view of the water, but also late enough to see the dark night creep in and the candlelight intensify. It’s a small space and it gets a bit loud, especially when there are large tables of people nearby, but it didn’t deter our dinner conversation in the least. An add-on that they provide is a table topped with beautiful rose pedals, which I couldn’t pass up for this occasion. It added a wonderful touch to the already beautiful atmosphere. The food and staff were both outstanding. The prime ribeye was one of the best steaks that I’ve ever had, perfectly done and extremely tender. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. We'd made a reservation and upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and gave us an overview of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit outside by the river and they immediately set up a table for us. Amanda and the other staff made sure we had everything we needed, checking on us several times during our dinner. We also had a few nice chats with Amanda, she clearly cares about her guests!
