The Golden Fleece is a lovely establishment, with fabulous food, convivial atmosphere and staffed by a great team. We went on Tapas evening and thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Delightful mid-week dinner. Great service, friendly, warm and welcoming. Delicious food and lovely flavours - thought the autumn menu was good - may be another fish main for us fish lovers rather than just the Stone Bass? Having said that my fillet steak was cooked to perfection and my carrot side was heavenly. Wide wine selection but not too extensive and something for everyone. Very lucky that this pub/restaurant is just down the road. Thanks again Fox and Hound team!

A gem in the countryside! I was looking for somewhere new to take my wife for a birthday lunch. This venue came up in my search and it looked fab… and it turned out to be exactly that. Great food… some of the usual suspects but lots of new ideas too, including sesame boa buns, cauliflower steak and chicken schnitzel. All delicious and different. Great service… the staff were attentive, smiley and knowledgeable. Great venue… nicely kitted out with interesting planting in the beer garden, a kids play area and views to sheep filled fields.
