This was our first time there. Liz , our server , was great. We were there for my wife’s birthday list. Asked us if we wanted anything to drink I ordered a bourbon and my wife ordered a mocktail. After a few minutes, Liz bought us drinks so we can cheers for my wife’s birthday. She surprise my wife with Ginger ale and me with champagne ,that was very considerate. She also gifted my wife, a small cupcake with a candle in it and sang happy birthday with us. Definitely recommend this location again.

I host monthly lunches for a women’s group and this has been our best experience at a Mexican restaurant. There were 8 of us, all of or orders were accurate. Everything was delicious and served at a perfect temperature. The service was attentive, professional and not in the least bit intrusive.

Everything was exceptional and fantastic. I remember Corleone's from US1 and we ate there any times. We live on the east side of Port St Lucie so it is quite a task to get to Tradition in Port St Lucie West, however, we were very excited to visit his new location and well worth the drive. We were met at the door by the wonderful, Professional Host, Katherine, who informed us of all the various options and menus, and we chose to eat at the bar. That was a very special decision. We met two of the most incredible bar tenders, Michelle and Zuko. We had so much fun and they were both so knowledgeable and highly skilled mixologists. We navigated the menu and selected the awesome Bread (upcharge, but worth it), I had Beef Carpaccio and a Caprese Salad. Both were excellent and the tomatoes were so flavorful. My Husband had the Pasta Norcina (Umbrian pasta with sausage, guanciale, Pecorino Romano cream), he said it was so good that he mopped the remaining sauce up with the bread, the bowl was licked clean. Emileo, the Manager was warm, welcoming and constantly present on the floor greeting and talking to all of the guests. Chef Luca is ever present and we had a quick chance to say hello when he toured the floor. The experience was amazing, thrilling and we will be back.

We were pleasantly surprised! It’s big and beautifully decorated. Feels like a trendy bar/restaurant. Very unusual and healthy food choices, and beautifully presented.
