First time at Old Spaghetti Factory. Spur of the moment desire for a spaghetti dinner at a moderate cost Accomplished our goal . Did not expect Grandma’s Sunday dinner but was a very acceptable second place finish..You can’t beat a three course meal for less than $20.

Unassuming neighborhood gem! This divine little spot is tucked away in a corner of the Ross center at the very beginning of El Paseo. The food is every bit as delicious as Beverly Hills trattorias many times more expensive, and the service just as attentive - but friendly, as though you've stumbled upon long-lost family. The tender pastas are made in-house, as are the delectable sauces. Wines by the glass are a generous pour, with plenty of Italian choices like Super Tuscan and Montepulciano, as well as California selections like Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Even the bread is a hot, very flavorful treat. And, if you're a spumoni fan - which you should be! - three big scoops of the scrumptious treat are served in a big coupe glass, for just $10. Incredible! Le Donne Cucina belongs in your regular restaurant rotation. It's a definite don't-miss!

Finding a good restaurant here in is challenging. We have lived here for 3 years now coming from San Francisco and most of the restaurants are mediocre at best. We have been back to 1150 Uptown 4 times now and everytime the food has been really good. The staff equally so. Each time I have tried a different dish on the menu and each time each one has been really good. Definitely recommend this place will definitely keep coming back.
