This is a perfect venue for either a business or intimate meeting. There is plenty of space between the tables for you to have a private conversation. The food is excellent, & the vegan options are good too. There is plenty of safe secure car parking & the staff are very friendly & attentive too.

It was our first time at the Mason's and it won't be our last! The service was great; friendly and efficient- a lovely welcome. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was excellent. The menu offers a really good choice of dishes, some pub favourites and some served with a really interesting twist, all delicious and superbly cooked and presented. Chef really knows his or her onions!

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Cat and Custard Pot on Sunday. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The pub was cosy and we sat at a lovely table close to a log burner. The food was excellent, the best Sunday roast that we have had in a long while - the meat was delicious, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous . We shared a blackberry and apple crumble which was also excellent. Thank you…..we look forward to our next visit.
