Very happy with the service, server was friendly and attentive. We were celebrating my son's birthday and they brought out a little dessert, which I thought was very nice with a birthday candle. Also I love that the happy hour went till 630pm. My only issue was that I thought the restaurant was a little bit loud.

First time visitor to Kansas City, I opted to have a meal at Bristol based off the rave reviews. Having never tried Lobster Rolls, Crab Cakes or Lobster Bisque these were my obvious choices for started and I was absolutely not disappointed. Exceptional quality, fresh, rich flavour. This set the tone for the meal perfectly. Based on my server’s recommendation I opted for Scallops with Pork Belly and Creamed Corn as a main. Again, perfection. The scallops were very large with smooth texture, not overcooked or tough at all. The sauce, pork belly and corn complimented the dish perfectly. I opted for a Peach Perfect cocktail with vodka and mezcal. Again, superbly balanced and smooth. A crème brûlée ended the meal on an equally high note. This is possibly the the best meal I’ve enjoyed all year. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with great vibe and ambiance. The service also flawless, my server Kayleigh was highly attentive, friendly and helpful. The price of the meal was expensive coming in at $175 for one person with tip however I would HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking to enjoy an extra special evening. Delicious! Love the fired, grilled cheese and tomato soup and the impossible burger was moist, grilled and wonderful.
