Best Lunch Restaurants in Binfield Heath

A truly delicious meal. All our party were very happy with their choices. The plaice, cockles and cider was excellent as was the green salad I had with it. The treacle tart was pretty good too. Lovely waitress, lovely atmosphere, Excellent.

It takes a lot to impress me and I don't often write reviews unless I feel the establishment deserves praise or constructive feedback. I can honestly say I can't find anything but positive things to say about The Plough Shiplake. First visit and it won't be the last. I had a burger and it was the best burger I've ever had I reckon. Very 'beefy' with all the trimmings, stacked beautifully and the fries were cooked to absolute perfection. Very impressed and look forward to a return visit one day :-)

I regularly book at Bill’s for gatherings with a particular group of friends because the varied menu makes it possible for everyone to choose something they like. This occasion did not disappoint and the portions were generous and well-cooked. The waiter was attentive but not obtrusive and he gave us time when one one of our party was delayed. A very enjoyable evening

We had a fantastic dinner once again at The Reading Room. My only issue this time was that the selection of wines seemed to be limited. Our first choice of white wine was not available … no problem we selected another, but then our choice of red wine was also not available so we again had to make another selection.
