Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Gare du Nord - Gare de L'Est

Fragile Marais was offered up in Open Table when I was searching for a restaurant on our first night in Paris. We were staying in Le Marais, znd the resto was just 10-15 minute walk from our Airbnb. We arrived early, and weee taken to a table right away. We chose note to sit outside, on a beautiful evening, because Parisisns smoke on patios abd it really bothers us. We had a lovely little table in a corner by a window on a side street. Our server was attentive and friendly. We were on the early side of things,so our order was taken as soon as we were ready. Our food arrived morecqyickly than anticipated. My wife had a wonderful aubergine partisan, which was large and delicious. I had a veal chop which was the largest I had ever seen! Ot was breaded, with a small amount of myshroom sauce. It was so good, I ate the whole thing. My meal came with a large green salad with a sorts of radishes, which was wonderful. We were too full for dessert. It took a little while to get our bill and to pay, but the place was hopping by then. All in all, a great meal!
