Best Restaurants for Birthdays in County Mayo

First time at the Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and found it enjoyable. The food was great, and the service was fantastic!

The server was very friendly. I felt like I was at a family gathering. Everyone who interacted with us was welcoming. I will definitely return. BTW, There were six of us including two children.

From the moment we checked in for our reservation we could tell it was going to be a good experience . Friendly hostess. Our service brought us waters the minute we sat down and took our drink orders: Old Maryland Fashioned and Lemon drop martini both well made. Our appetizers - raw oysters, baked oysters and the salted bread with a daily changing butter were excellent. For our entrees we had the market fish of the day - which was a Black Bass that was delicious and also the Shrimp peri-peri that had just the right amount of kick to it. We sat outside as the temperature was perfect for that. All in all I give it 5 stars and we will be back!

Great staff. Andre had to deal with a Bachelorette party that was a bit high maintenance, but he was great with us when he could get to us. Delicious hot bread with their crab dip and bang bang shrimp is tasty!

The chipotle pineapple salmon was very good. It was a good day to eat outside and enjoy the “autumn” weather.
