Breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable. Perfectly pace to begin a busy day. It was both elegant and Hardy. Lunch was an unexpected surprise. I am not usually a fan of the gourmet burger but this one was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The highlight of course was dinner. My son had the beef Wellington, which was spectacular. Do not miss the Wagyu dumplings, which simply melt in your mouth and have a finish that goes on forever. The wine list of course is spectacular and our Somniare paired our dinner perfectly. It is always refreshing when the waiters expertise allows for a perfectly pace dinner with lots of time to visit with the family. Finally, the surroundings are beautiful and it hit the perfect accord between quiet intimacy, but also being a busy hotspot.
