Best Date Night restaurants in Abercorn Heights / Lamara Heights / Ridgewood

We went for my 35th birthday and the food was delicious! We had the crab cakes which were out of this world. My husband had the shrimp and grits and reluctantly gave me a few delicious bites. I had the gnocchi which was delicious and very “ rib sticking “ . Our waiter Nick was very nice and prompt and offered some insight to the cocktails. Best dinner we have had so far!

As always both the food and service were first rate. We had a large party and we were all served quickly and the entire staff was very attentive, friendly and responsive.

Vic’s is a beautiful restaurant. We were seated promptly at a comfortable table and our waitress Mary was a Dream. She was sweet, professional and very efficient. We fist got biscuits and butter, and they were plentiful, hot and delicious. Three of us ordered the short ribs and they were melt in your mouth like butter. They were delicious. The potatoes and carrots were good too, but the standout were the ribs and the gravy they were in. Mary brought me a piece of cake for my birthday and a wonderful surprise of a Vic’s cookbook. The cake tasted like the inside of a Godiva chocolate. And in all my restaurant travels, I’ve never been given anything, let alone a wonderful hardcover cookbook as a restaurant gift. This blew me away. We also were able to compliment our server mary, when Sara, the manager came by. She too was so sweet and we had the best experience at Vic’s due to the wonderful food and the hospitality of mary and Sara. What a wonderful experience.

Fabulous birthday dinner at Garibaldi. The food, cocktail, and service were top tier. I would recommend this fine dining restaurant to anyone visiting Savannah. Thank you for a memorable evening!
