We had a lovely 3 course Sunday lunch at the Mermaid, can't fault it, friendly staff, excellent service and food and I think great value given the setting. Thank you all, we will be back soon!

We dined at Kindling for our wedding anniversary lunch on Monday and had an exceptional experience. Every single element of our visit was effortless and we were made to feel special as we celebrated the occasion. The space is beautifully designed, the staff are delightful and fun and the food is out of this world (bearing in mind I am a veggie who chose to eat at this steak restaurant). My husband reported his steak was of exceptional quality and perfectly cooked and my meal was absolutely delicious. For a Monday lunchtime, the restaurant was pleasantly busy and had a convivial atmosphere. Thanks for looking after us so beautifully, Kindling team, we will be back again soon.

Beautiful and classy pub with stunning views. Service was great but we should have given them our timescale as it was perhaps a little slow, but I guess they just didn’t want to rush us so can’t blame the delightful staff.

This was our first time at Marcos. We had a wonderful table with a view of the old monastery and the two girls who looked after us were first class - so welcoming and very engaging . The food was also fabulous . Sadly we didn’t have time for dessert as we were going to the cinema ! Next time … Highly recommend and we will be back :)

Very impressed with the venue plus food, selection of beers and service. I don't have anything negative to say. I would certainly visit again if we come down to this area in the future.
