While not knowing what to get, our server came up and asked what we were having, and had mentioned that the lamb rump was subbed out for lamb chops, and I immediately chose them. I have to say, they were probably the best lamb chops I’ve ever had, fatty and rich, with minimal chew and no gaminess whatsoever. It was paired with a celery-root pureé and green beans, which went perfectly with the chops, as well as a couple of different sauces.
